Description of Work: Safelite replaced a smashed windshield damaged by ice flying off a truck. They performed the work at my home. Setting up the appointment was easy - they provided email confirmations every step of the way. The cost was high - but less expensive than if I bought it into the dealership. The technician was prompt, courteous, and did an expert job. No problems at all. Work was top notch. I do recommend.

Description of Work: My windshield was cracked by a tree branch during Hurricane Sandy. I had a long distance trip planned later in the week and Safelite responded quickly to replace the windshield. Sadly, the first windshield wasn't correct. They offered same day repair at another location or next day repair at my home. I chose the next day and was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the work. I traveled safely later that week thanks to them.

Description of Work: They came the next day at my place of work to repair a chip in my windshield. The tech was very nice. They also included a complimentary vaccuming of the interior of my car as well as windows cleaned. I thought it was a great price for the service. They said the low rate was because my insurance didn't cover the incident & they needed to ask me questions about my insurance agent to get me the low price. I had this done previously by another company and I paid double for the service.
