I had used Wiest in the past and was happy to use him again when due to new condo assoc requirements, washer hoses needed to be replaced with stainless steel hoses.
Wiest's voice message lets you know he will return your call that day between 4 and 5 pm and my call was returned at that time. After setting up the appt, he mailed me a note confirming the appt.
Wiest showed up on time and he was extremely professional, even laying down a covering to protect my rug from his tools. I had an itemized bill showing exactly what was purchased and installed.

They were very, very good.

The experience was wonderful. He allowed us to use our oven when another tradesman had broken it. The guy from Wiest replaced the starter in the gas stove that the other guy broke, and then he figured out how to run an extension cord out of the back of the oven so we could use it. The line that comes up from the breaker panel to the oven was destroyed by be previous guy. It was an $80 part so the labor costs weren't much. The guys knows how to fix things in a bit of an unorthodox way. He really knew his stuff, and he knew about some older appliances that we have here.

Great experience. Mr Weist did a great job and even had a spare ice maker for my refridgerator in his truck, so he could repair it on first visit. He also checked all the control boards and did temperature tests on both the refriderator and freezer to ensure all was in working order. Will definately call him again for large appliance repairs.

I have used him for years. He is very nice and very dependable.

We were super-thrilled with the work. We were worried we'd have to replace our range which meant ripping out cabinets. We called Arthur on Sat AM (hoping to get in line for Monday). But he called back on Saturday and came out and was able to fix it! He was very knowledgable and really enjoys working with appliances. He also was very neat in his work and punctual.

Our 8 year old gas wall-oven was not working, it would not heat up. When I called Mr. Wiest, he was very professional and courteous. We booked an appointment and not only was he extremely punctual, but he called me when he was on his way over. He checked out the oven, advised me of the problem (the ignitor was not working) and had it replaced and working like new again in under two hours. His knoweledge and professionalism were wonderful. His pricing was very fair. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I will certainly call upon him again in the future should I need to, and I have already passed along his name and # to a friend who is also having trouble with their oven not working.

Mr. Wiest returned my call promptly and showed up on time for the repair work - he even called 20 min ahead when I could expect him. Before repairing my washing machine, we discussed options for repair. Before starting to work, he laid down a clean drop cloth and cleaned up completely when he was finished.

I liked Wiest very much. I would highly recommend Wiest. The repair man was very thorough and professional. He guarantees his work for a period of time.

The owner or the operator came and diagnosed the trouble. He had good craft knowledge. He was on time; he came back and the fixed it at the first shot. I will use him again in the future.

He is very reliable and courteous. He is clean and neat when he does his work. He is an honest guy. I trust him and his prices are fair.

It went very well. I explained the problem to him. Without even coming out, he guessed at what the problem probably was and could give me an estimate about how much it would cost. When he did come out, it was what he suspected, he had the parts in his truck and was able to fix it right away. The estimate was right on the money.

After looking at the air conditioning unit, he did not need to perform all of the tasks on the list, so the bill was lower than I expected. He provided an itemized, easy to read list of the things that he did and the general condition of the unit. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable. He and the dog got along. I was very satisfied with the work performed. I would call him again.

I HAVE BEEN USING WIEST FOR MANY YEARS ARTHUR IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE ALWAYS CALLS BACK SAME DAY. HE IS THE BEST REPAIR PERSON I HAVE DEALT WITH. HE IS NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE HE IS THE MAN.
