Moses knows his stuff! Her explained the problem in simple terms so we could understand what was needed. When the needed part was delayed in the mail, NOT his fault, he kept us informed of his efforts to get it, and once he had the part he was there the next day. He is quick, efficient and has a pleasant manner. His name is definitely going to be passed on to friends and family.

My 3 year old Bosch dishwasher was not cleaning well for a long time. Finally it stopped draining. I called other repair companies who would not work with this brand and the authorized repair recommended from Bosch was very expensive with no guarantees. I found Moses from ApplicanceSmart here at HA and he did an amazing job cleaning it out. Due to it's leak proof design, it had to be turned upside down and worked from the other end!.. now my washer works better than ever. I was charged a reasonable price for the amount of work and time Moses spent on it. He also told me what to do to prevent future issues! I would recommend this him for all my appliances. He is a professional who knows his craft very well. Thank-you! A++++

He came to fix the dryer, the result is my washer started to leak after he left. He damaged the hose and he is not taking any responsibility.

The day that he was supposed to repair my appliance he over booked the day. Looking to push me to the next day, but came through in the end.

Moses was very knowledgeable and professional. I was a bit of a nosy customer, which, I m sure is not his favorite. Nonetheless Moses was very patient and explained exactly what he was doing as he was doing it. The job was completed quickly and exactly as promised. He even went above and beyond by having an extra part on hand... just in case. The part was not needed after all and he plans to return it, no charge. Would definitely hire him again!

They need to be straightforward with their hourly charge and competitive with the market rate. The market rate that i received was half his price ($95 an hour). He utilized an estimate that i had and actually quoted me at a higher price. I was very clear with the owner about my thoughts and the owner explained to me that he has to pay a Home Advisor fee and must make a profit.

Moses was efficient, punctual, professional and price reasonable. I was impressed and definitely will hire for future jobs and will recommend him to my friends and family.

In the end he couldn’t repair the refrig because the compressor was gone and we decided to just buy a new frig ( it was 12 years old). But he tried because he knew we were in a fix with a party happening the next day. And he was very good at explaining how the compressor works and why it probably failed. So he educated me which I appreciated. He also was very responsive since it was an emergency. Other repair place I contacted could only come out a week or more later. I’ll keep him in mind for other appliance repairs if needed and would definitely recommend him

On 6/26/18, Moses replaced my broken icemaker for $300 with a 1 year warranty (I didn't ask, he voluntarily offered it). After a couple of weeks, it stopped working and water was leaking into my freezer. Called him back and he suggested it was some other issue, so followed his advice and emptied the freezer and defrosted completely. Icemaker still didn't work and leaked water into the freezer. Since then, I've made 3 different appointments for him to come by. Each time he hasn't showed up. I was hoping with the good reviews that he would stand behind his work, but apparently that is not the case. I will now try to find someone else to clean up this mess. Stay away.

Very professional, got my refrigerator up and running in 20 mins. and saved me a lot of money.

First time with HomeAdvisor and Appliance Smart for a refrigerator leak which was repaired in about 20 minutes for $315 ($100 part plus $215 labor and HomeAdvisor fee). However, with the part that is about $20 on the web and Appliance Smart's $60 minimum service charge, the job should have cost me around $100. Was way overcharged for the service and should get a refund for the overcharge. Overall, very disappointed with the experience.
