Moses is extremely professional, works efficiently and provides superb service. Should I need appliance repair work in the future, I plan to call him for the job.

He was wonderful! He was prompt, cleaned up well and I will use him again.

Moses came here three times, charged me $350 to fix my dryer which he said was in great condition and well worth it and then changed the story and said he could not predict it would stop working after his $350 repair one week later. When he came back here he was condescending & did not provide any refunded amount even though his work was half fast. After coming the second time to do the repair he did not put the top back on the dryer and left the screws on the floor so for the week the dryer did work when it was turned on the top and ; back would slide off.

Do not bother with this company. Total rip-off-charged $120.00 for a 5 second job after canceling my appointment the day before due to an emergency job he had to do. He spent more time (rather, wasted more time) telling me what he would not do than actually doing anything. Found one of the screws he was supposed to put back in on the floor in a puddle of water while I was cleaning up after him. Very sorry that Home Advisor recommends this company now I have no faith in Home Advisor either.

The actual part needed cost only $12 and the service cost $200, thats not value thats stealing. I have worked as a tradesmen all my life and I think you should remove this contractor from your referral process.

Part ordered by repair company lost in mail had to reorder. Going on three weeks now and still do not have completion date scheduled. Don't accept service unless you get a free estimate.

Moses was polite and professional. The wait for parts was an inconvenience but overall a job well done.

I was told it was $60 for the estimate applied to repair cost. When he arrived, he told my husband it would be $150 for same. Only problem with dryer was button was jammed. He unjammed and charged $150 a rip! Lastly, call-backs were non-existent, and he arrived at the latest hour... I complained about the erroneous information provided me about the $60 fee, hoping for a refund of $90 to no avail.
