Very nice, easy to make an appointment, had the part on hand.

Our tenants had an emergency with a Washer/Dryer and ApplianceSmart Repair were on the scene within 48 hours and did a sensational job communicating and completing the job.

Our dishwasher broke down right before Christmas. A part needed to be ordered and Moses very apologetically and honestly told us it would not be repaired for the holiday. While disappointed, since we had guests staying and celebrating at our home for 3 days, we appreciated his honesty so that we could prepare more appropriately. As promised, Moses called us the day after Christmas ready to come over and replace the pump to our dishwasher. Because we still had guests, some of them battling nasty colds, Moses graciously rescheduled for the following day. Moses arrived on schedule and while replacing the pump, noticed that the hose was completely stopped up. He wasn't sure whether he would be able to unclog it or if it would also need to be replaced. Hre diligently work on it and successfully unclogged the hose, potentially saving us a couple hundred dollars. Moses "diagnosed" what caused the problem and gave us a variety of tips on how to prevent a recurrence. Moses was always polite, professional, sociable, and honest. He previously gave us an estimate for the job which he stayed true to. We know that in the future, if one of our appliances should break down, we will not hesitate to call ApplianceSmart Repair. Highly recommend!!

Called late in the afternoon with refrigerator problem. Moses showed up 2 hours later and fixed my fridge in under an hour time. Highly recommend!!!

I put a request on HomeAdvisor late Tuesday night, because my washing machine stopped working. Minutes later Moses called, and we agreed to have him service the washer. He was on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my washer in less than 30 minutes, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely rehire ApplianceSmart, and recommend them!

I called on a Sunday and received a text in a very timely manner. Moses asked if I'd like to discuss the problem prior to his coming to my home. I texted "yes" and he called me right back. I think this was a very good idea. We spoke and set up a Tuesday morning appointment. He was actually a bit early and repaired my dryer in about an hour. I would highly recommend this company. Efficient, courteous and reasonably priced.

Very Patient, Knowledgeable, willing to go out of their way to help in a tight squeeze. Punctual, Clean, Courteous, super fast response and worked around my schedule and worked well past standard business hours to make sure we could do laundry and have the problem fixed. Thorough, safe (natural gas issues), proactive and super responsive. Moses was the repairman's name and I couldn't have asked for better customer service or a better result. Was not at all expensive.
