Just bought a home and air conditioning stopped working after two weeks! Came on home advisor and started my search. F.S was one and so I clicked and read nothing but fantastic reviews. So I sent a message at 1045 at night! Got a response ASAP from Greg whom told me he would be out first thing in the morning. So professional, knowable, and personable. Within minutes he knew what it was, got on the phone and got the part had Arnold his tech (fantastic by the way) get the part and get to my house all within 2 hours. Super prompt and just a caring group of guys whom want to get the job done right and quickly! We have air !! So grateful, very happy we found F.S we will most definitely be using them again. Greg is an excellent craftsman and a very trustworthy businessman. He is reliable, and he communicates quickly and effectively. His office personnel (Gerry) is also right on top of the job in regards to scheduling and communicating information. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The service tech quickly identified the probable location of my leaking shower. He recommended a fix and offered to fix it if I wanted, but said it was easy and I could do it myself, which I did. The problem was solved and did not need to open up a ceiling or wall. They also followed up twice to make sure the problem was solved.

I thought Greg Tanner was very professional and very knowledgeable. However he is lacking in communication and responsiveness. After I had him come out to evaluate and give estimates at a house I was considering buying, a visit I paid him for, I have been waiting over a month for an email or phone call even with the estimated costs. He promised me the estimate within 48 hours, and when I left a message asking for them, he did call back to say he would send them by the next weekend, but as I said it has been over a month, and despite my many phone calls and even email through his website, I have heard and received nothing.

Overall, they were great. The service they provided was as expected and they were professional, friendly, and informative. I did not give then a 5-star rating because I believe their prices are too high, but they are a full service shop and I needed both plumbing and electrical work done.

Quick response to my inquiry. I needed to replace my boiler and hot water heater. Once contracted the job was finished within two weeks. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very concerned about satisfying the customer's needs. Greg was there throughout the installation process. He was great. I will continue to have them service my heating equipment each year. A very good experience. It was an emergency repair - the hot water heater was leaking and causing damage in the basement. Greg immediately isolated and drained the heater to stop the flooding while leaving the house with water. Options were laid out clearly (including cost) and the work was done promptly.

Very prompt and accomodating. Met me same-day after work to clear a sewer main blockage. Knowledgable and friendly.
