Overall this was a good experience. Greg was late in arriving, however, his dispatcher kept me apprised, so i wasn't left wondering.... I had my washing machine hoses replaced and also a new hose bib for the faucet on the outside of the hose. i haven't used either of the two yet (they were just replaced yesterday), but both seem to have worked well when Greg tested them briefly. I would definitely use Greg again and would recommend him to others.

VERY professional. The installers explained what they were doing and they did very good, complete and even cleaned up after the job was done. They give you an exact timeframe when they will do the work and they show up on time. This is a company I highly recommend.

A miserable day... No heat... Broken pipe... SERVICE MAGIC to the rescue! They were terrific... Immediate callback (!!!) and within two hours the problem was fixed. I would recommend them to anyone. And when my next plumbing issue comes up (as it invariably will in this old house) I won't hesitate to call them again.

GREG WAS BOTH PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS, SENDING ESTIMATES, AND ACTUALLY ARRIVING TO DO THE WORK. HE WAS VERY NEAT AND EFFICIENT, EVEN LENT MY WIFE SOME OF HIS CUTTING TOOLS WHILE HE WAS THERE SINCE SHE WAS DOING A SIDE PROJECT. I HAVE HIM COMING BACK TO DO A COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE MASTER BATHROOM AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
