ALL TEMP MECHANICAL

The installation went without issues - but then, the renovation itself was highly unpleasant and it was winter so nobody actually ran any tests on the unit at the time of installation. In July, we tried the units and had to realize that they were not working. After simply not showing up for not one but 2 appointments to review the units and ignoring all calls and messages, I had to pay a third party AC guy US$ 150 to come and give me a diagnosis. The diagnosis was that the electric connections were no good - and to be fair, these were not All Temp's responsibility. After I then had an electrician correct the connections, it turns out that 2 of the three units still are not cooling the way they should. Once again, I left messages and tried to contact the company. At some point I was able to talk to the owner of All Temp Mr. Victor Papa, who agreed to come by and review the units. The appointment we set up was once more cancelled and since then (3 weeks ago), he has once again been ignoring phone calls or email messages. I have been trying to get a hold of ANYBODY at this company for several weeks now. When he missed the appointments, Mr. Papa threw all the excuses in the book at me - broken down truck, hospital, away for a job, the lot. If you value reliability, credibility and honesty apart from the quality of service, I recommend you find a different AC company. P.S.: Today I find out through a reliable AC company that my AC issues are due to the fact that All Temp Mechanical installed at least one oversized unit so the condenser is overwhelmed - if I were to right this mistake, I would have to exchange one of the units for about 2-3,000$. Also, the refrigerant was not filled up properly - which will cost me anotherUS$ 295 to do now. DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!
