The supervisor kept me well informed of the progress of the work, and pointed out other areas that will need attention in the foreseeable future. Seems very knowledgeable and certainly expert in plumbing. I appreciate Impact because the company has technicians who communicate well.

I called them 3 times already for different problems (bath tub, toilet and kitchen sink) and I was very pleased with the professional and quick way they have dealt with the everything. I must say that even the price was more than reasonable every time. Overall I was very pleased with their service.
