They showed up when they said they would. they were quick and efficient did a proper clean up. Both employees were courteous and it was obvious to me that they knew what they were doing from the very beginning. I am extremely happy with The job they did and would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time and confirmed the appointment by text that morning. Very knowledgeable and recommended what was needed to be done. A bit expensive for a 20 min job however work quality and customer services was good.

The job was well planned and the crew was professional, worked clean and respected the home contents. I have already referred Intact to others and will continue to do so. With so many horror stories that you hear about contractors, Intact Plumbing was a great hire. I would recommend them to everyone.

Quickly completed the project, Worked through Issues with emptying the old water heater. Reconfigured the piping to fit the new heater. Left the area clean and protected the old water heater from leaking when removing over carpet and extraction from the building. Fastest to respond to my query. Kept us informed during the process. I had lower prices but they appear to have addition content upon inspection if they showed up, just nervous about bait and switcher. Provided all the required forms to go to the building inspector. With the holiday and vacation at the building department still waiting for inspection
