My initial phone call with the owner made me feel at ease in an otherwise stressful situation (furnace stopped working a few days before temperatures were forecasted to drop into the 10 - 20º range. He explained their approach, process and commitment to fairness and honesty. While this could just be a good sales pitch, it felt sincere and I came to realize they truly stand by those values. They were able to get a tech over to my house that same day, and after only 20 minutes, the problem was diagnosed (gas valve had died). No upselling, no fear mongering about other what ifs that they could also help with now. Just straight to the point and a plan to return and replace the part the following day. Sure enough, the next morning, a tech was back out to my place with the replacement part. He had it installed and the heat back on in 30 minutes. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with standard updates via email/text and conversational updates by phone. This is a top notch company. I would definitely recommend working with them!
