They check everything to get you the best result. They did not take advantage of Mr and advise the repairs other people recommended was wrong and save me a nice amount of money. I would tell everyone to call them because of their experience and professional way of handleing things.

It gave me a lot of confidence that Phil believes in doing the job correctly. They took the time and made sure that everything was tested and running properly. And each were just very kind! I am a skeptic overall but I would recommend Alfano to anyone. Phil and his people are really just excellent.

The owner answered all of my questions and then they replaced my heating and air conditioning units and did a very good job for a lot less than I expected. They tested it, and the new one works well.

The last person that came here fixed the problem that the first 2 should have done. The second person here left without fixing the problem or even telling us he was going... after being here for 4 hours. After the company told us basically it was too bad and we would have to wait a couple of days for someone else to come out, they did send someone after much debating on the phone. Robert was #3 and he saved the day. If he was here first there probably would not have been a problem. He worked outside on one of the hottest days to make sure our air was working. He even called the next day to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend him.
