I was very pleased.

A few hours later Mark responded and began checking the individual components. It was obvious that he was very experienced. He needed to secure a new circuit board to test the older one and had to return the next day. The following day Mark spent about 2 more hours diagnoising the problem before finding that the compressor was the problem. The fridge turned out to be unrepairable and had to be replaced. After responding for two days and over 5 hours work, we were only billed just over $120. Most other repair services charge almost as much just to show up at the location. We were extremely pleased with Marks professional service and will be glad to use him again. In fact, several employees asked for his business card to have at home.

It was perfect. The guy was nice, neat, clean and friendly. They were perfectly efficient. He even showed me how to clean my oven.

Trained as an engineer, extremely knowledgeable about appliances, scrupulously honest, his is the guy you want to fix your refrigerator, stove, air conditioning equipment, washer, drier, or what have you if you live in or near Fair Lawn, NJ. Period, full stop.
