I canâ t say enough good things about the customer service of this company. We went with them solely for this reason although we couldâ ve gone for cheaper companies. Eric was really awesome to work with from the beginning. Heâ s friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They always showed up exactly when they said they would which is huge for us because we have busy schedules. Also, we had a small issue that needed them to come back after the crew had finished the job and they followed through and came back and kept their word. Iâ m impressed and thankful!

They understood the problems, gave me a reasonable analysis of the work to be done, and we settled on a fair price. The workman showed up on time, did a very good job, and even cleaned up after he was done. No complaints.

We met with several roofing companies and Exper Chimney And Rufen had by far the best prices. They offered us 3 different options from which to choose. Eric was really helpful and the crew was done in 2 days. After they were done they cleaned up immaculately. Eric came out to review our warranty and make sure we were satisfied with the job. Called Eric or the Chimney Inspection and he was nothing but fantastic. My realtor was also amazed. Eric was knowledgeable, didn't over sell and explained everything in detail. As a first time homeowner, he made me feel comfortable. I wish all inspections were done in this manner and people were as nice as he is. Expert Chimeny &Rofing from the estimation to the contractors they were on time very professional and quality work. The owner was amazing helping us with a problem that occurred. Then when the job was done all of the workers went around the house and cleaned up everything, left it the way it was when they came. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Eric came out and had a drone that took photos of the rear and side of the chimney that required repairs. The crew arrived as stated and went to work. There was a lot of repairs required and they finished the same day. I'm a large commercial building contractor . and they exceeded my expectations. I was surprised at the low cost for this work. I strongly recommend them for any type of chimney work and more.

We had a great experience with Expert Chimney and roofing ! A different chimney company came and told us our issue was not fixable and we needed to replace the part and there was no other option. Eric from Expert Chimney and roofing came and was able to fix the part in a few minutes! Will definitely use them again for any other chimney issues!

The sales person spent 2 hours going over the materials and the correct materials to use on a roof replacement. The installation was completed in a professional manner and they cleaned up after the job was completed. very happy with the way the job was completed

From the estimator to each and every worker, they were polite and very professional. They arrived on time and had everything set up and ready to start work within 20 minutes. The quality of the material they used was excellent which is why we chose them. My husband has been in the mechanical business for over 48 years and said the workers were the best heâ s seen in quite a while. They were meticulous and had everything cleaned up with nothing left behind. They completed our roof in one day. We highly recommended this contractor and will definitely higher them again.
