Everything went great

Showerman was very professional from the moment we walked into the showroom. Their team responsive, prompt, and very helpful with respect to ideas. When compared to other installers in the area, they provided better service with higher grade materials at a lower cost. We will use them again when we do the guest bathroom.

We just completed a bathroom addition and dealt with numerous people in different trades. Contractor, roofer, plumber, electrician, plumbing supply, two tile stores, marble yard, painter and a designer. We were satisfied with all of them. Without question our best experience and greatest satisfaction is with our beautiful glass shower doors. Mark measured and then came back to explain our difficult install. His men were punctual, polite and skilled. The office was responsive and Tara is terrific.

Mark is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation of our options. He arrived on time for his appointment to measure and lend his expertise to the job. His installation crew was pleasant and did a great job. It was a pleasure doing business with Shower Man.

Mark called me personally and set up at date and time for measurements. He arrived as scheduled and he did the measurement himself. We discussed the types of glass available without any pressure to upgrade anything. We had a pleasant conversation and he didn't rush any decision out of me. He explained everything about what to expect about the glass, the hardware and the installation, so there were no surprises. I am extremely happy with the final product and the entire process with Mark and his company Showerman and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new shower door. I also feel that anyone who gave less than an A rating on price after giving A's on all other aspects is being unjust. After all, you get what you pay for and the price is no surprise since it's written in the contract before you buy. Thank you Mark for adding a wonderful look to my new bathroom with your Showerman frameless glass shower door and the beautiful handle and tasteful brackets. P.S I'm glad I went with the Ultra Clear-Low Iron Glass; it is absolutely crystal clear and beautiful.

They came on time, did a great job, explain how to clean the shower door (we got the special coating on glass). Very friendly and cleaned up after the work was done.

Owner, Mark, showed up to measure and explain the installation. He explained all the options available. Told me that the glass would be ready in about 2 weeks. The installers showed up today and the installation went great. They cleaned up afterwards and you wouldn't even know they were there.

I cannot be happier!!! This was a great lead from Angie's List! I called many (5-6) other places, but once I spoke with Mark there was no question that I was going to use his company - and I am so glad I did! Everything went perfectly smoothly and was done when it was supposed to be done, how it was supposed to be done. Everyone from the company was professional and a delight to deal with. And most importantly, they are all meticulous perfectionists, which is rare to find in this day and age - and so immensely appreciated by this meticulous perfectionist! I highly recommend this company and will use them for any/all glass or mirror needs that I may have going forward.

Excellent. Very helpful service in the show room. Quick follow up. Unfortunately, small oops - glass door broken in loading in their vehicle, but they put a rush order on it and I had in few days after original date. Handled as well as possible, just one of those things. Owner came out to measure, and confirm details before final order. He did not over sell me. Highly recommended coating, which I had already decided based on friend recommendations, and the tint didn't make a big difference and he didn't recommend it. I have no regrets. Expensive for the smallest shower possible, but very professionally done, easy to maintain which was why I wanted it and it looks beautiful. I wanted the minimum amount of metal and this makes the room seem larger especially when you are in the shower. Very professional, everything left clean and extremely well done.

Good quality with a respectful clean install.

Everything went really well with Showerman - from the initial appointment setup to meeting with the owner who handled the sales pitch at our home to the installation of the shower door. We were very happy with every step in the process and we are very happy with the shower glass door in terms of look, value, and functionality. I only gave a B for price because I do believe that custom, completely frameless shower glass doors are priced higher rather than lower. I should mention that we spoke with three vendors and they were all in the same price range with Showerman being in the middle of the three vendors. Finding a better price for a custom glass door that was completely frameless was a serious challenge. I believe we purchased a product with quality materials from an owner who wants to provide his customers with the best product as a fair price. I also have the feeling that Showerman would stand behind their product and installation if we ever had any issues. If I had to do it again, I would do it the same way.

All seals removed and surfaces cleaned: new snap in seals were cut and trimmed. Removed transom glass to adjust hinge. Cleaned and re-caulked bottom track..

We love it. They came out and spec'd the job. We then visited the showroom and picked out the exact glass, handles, etc. About 2 weeks later two workers came out and removed and installed the new one in about 3 hours. A few days later after everything dried and cured it was ready to use. No rework, no extra visits. Very professional outfit. Would definitely recommend.

The installer came and measured and recommended where the glass should go. He said that it would take 10 days to assemble and would be ready to install after that. All the work was completed as promised and would highly recommend this company. From the time we selected what we wanted at the store to the completion of the work, I was very happy.

Excellent work! What I wanted was a little unorthodox, but they designed a way to make it work and the result is beautiful. I would use them again and highly recommend their work.

It was overall a very smooth process

The entire experience was great. Our new shower door really finished off our bathroom renovation. Marc and Tara were both such a pleasure to deal with and the installers were great as well. Thanks, ShowerMan.

They were great...we were moving into a new old house that had been totally renovated. The two second floor bathrooms had new tub/shower combinations but no shower glass installed. We needed to fix that because we didn't want to live with shower curtains. I called ShowerMan and they came out promptly. Their man was very knowledgeable about what products would be our best choices. He listened to our thoughts--we thought we wanted frameless glass in both bathrooms--then pointed out the tile in one shower was glass tile. That tile isn't compatible with frameless glass--it can't support the weight. He recommended we install a different style in that bath; it's not quite as elegant as the frameless type, but wouldn't be the headache that a frame-less type would be. He also talked about 1/2" vs. 3/8" glass. Another company was totally trying to sell us 1/2" glass without even seeing our bathrooms. The ShowerMan guy told us that we didn't need the 1/2" glass; more expensive and more importantly, it's a lot heavier and puts more stress on the mounting hardware and walls of the shower. We sprang for the baked-in anti-residue treatment which prevents hard water residue from penetrating into the glass, where it becomes permanent. It wasn't cheap, but we felt it was worth the investment. It took several weeks to prepare our glass. The crew that came out to install it was totally professional. It took about 3 hours to install both shower glasses. They knew exactly what they were doing; it turned out beautifully and they cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are very pleased.

The owner, Mark, came promptly to my house at the time or the initial appointment. He was personable, professional and had samples and photos on his IPad which made it very helpful. His price was reasonable. He measured and within 10 days they were ready to do the installation. The installation had to be aborted due to an error in the size of the door so another week passed and I now am enjoying a beautiful shower door and mirror. The company agreed to adjust my cost of the inconvenience.The installers were also prompt and efficient, would recommend this company.

I did this to deal with a problem of water spilling on the floor, seeping through the tiles and into the living room ceiling below. The door solved the problem. I also replaced the original sliding shower door in the Master Bath with a new glass sliding door. We are very happy with both doors. The 2 men removed the old door and frame and had the 2 new doors installed in less than 2 hours. I was impressed.

The owner, Mark, responded to our initial call and explained the job. A few days later, the shower doors were installed by two technicians who were cheerful, courteous, and neat.

Everything worked out really well. I am pleased with the job he did.
