The owner came with in hours of setting up the appointment and that told me that they were serious about me as a customer. He quickly took a look at the roof and assessed what had to be done. I had others come to the house for estimate and went with Vinyl Master due to their honesty, fair pricing and customer focus. I would highly recommend them to others. Great work and scheduled quickly and done quickly. ***** 5 star well deserved.

Very good experience. Nick (owner) gave me an exact time to meet and he was here on time. He explained the work very professionally and did to try to sell me more work. I had a portion of my roof redone, two skylights replaced and a couple of minor repairs done. Pricing was reasonable and better than the other two alternatives. They even asked to move inside to clean up debris in bathroom from skylight work. Again very polite and professional. They cleaned up everything after leaving too, much appreciated. I plan on residing my house next year and will hire them again.

I invited five (5) contractors to do a quote for the new siting of my house. Nick from Vinyl Master demonstrated the materials that would be used, the approximate work schedule, and provided a very reasonable (or good) price. I selected Vinyl Master to do this work.The Whole Crew did a great job (Nick, Andy, ...) in time. Based on thier performance, I also asked them to remove the old porch and install a new porch for my home. Again the job was well done: fair price with top quality of work. Overall my wife and I were so happy and I would recommend them to everyone. Great Job!!!

I would highly recommend vinyl master. They did a excellent job!!!! On time and on budget. The owners where on site to make sure the job was done right. The work site cleaned and free of nails. I was extremely happy with the overall job!!!

Of the 3 contractors identified by Home Advisor, only Vinyl Master followed through after the first call. Nick from Vinyl Master clearly explained the materials that would be used, the work that would be done, and provided a very reasonable quote. They came on the scheduled date and time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very professional attitude and behavior. I will not hesitate to hire Vinyl Master for future jobs.

Nick was very knowledgeable about the choices of product. He gave a very reasonable quote and Vinyl Masters performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I plan to meet with Nick soon to have some additional interior work done. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

This was a small job: storm downed a tree which downed my wires and damaged siding and soffits. Nick called me via Home Advisor and arranged to see the house for a free estimate. He arrived on time (that in and of itself is worthy of a good review). Nick was clearly knowledgeable and professional and immediately knew what had to be done. We agreed on a price and he advised that his brother Aaron would do the job the next day. Aaron was really impressive too. He arrived on time and repaired the siding and soffits in no time. It looks wonderful. I wish all home repairs would go as smoothly. Thank you both very much! Chris

Very happy with the service, quick response. Plus to fix bathroom leaking, which took few more trips to locate the issue. Very reliable and did good job.

I cannot say enough about this company. Nick was on time for the estimate, and his presentation regarding product and materials was outstanding; I thought that the miniature roof was a real a great tool for visualization, pricing was fair , and estimated time for completion was reasonable. My new roof went off without a hitch and the cleanup was great. I plan on having Vinyl Master, LLC for windows and siding. I am very pleased.....the roof is BEAUTIFUL!!! This project was completed in March and I am still smiling :)

I needed the job done in 1 day because my interior was exposed due to construction and nick said "no problem, I will swing over today for an estimate and have the job done tomorrow." That's not all. He also had the lowest price out of 3 others and was the only person who could get the job done immediately. On top of that he finished the job on time and texted me pictures of his work which was A++++++. He communicated via text message and could be reached anytime. Because of this experience I will now hire him to replace all of my siding next summer. Vinyl master to the rescue ! I strongly recommend.

Great service very prompt and work was excellent They were very professional polite and work was done in a timely fashion. Would hire them again in a heart beat. I got three estimates and they were the best. I have another project for them, just waiting for an estimate

Nick showed up when he was supposed to. He did not even take a deposit until the day they began the job. They finished in two days and did a great clean up job on my property and that of my neighbor. Nick even called me the day after we had heavy winds and some rain to make sure everything was okay.

I thought I had did my review since the work completed on my roof was in February 2010. Well better late than never, but the work done was so thorough that I have not had a problem with my roof since that time, Vinyl Master saved me thousands of dollars for doing a professional job.

After a couple estimates that were higher priced, requiring work on my part, I hired vinyl master home improvement. I worked with Nick, he was courteous, and very skilled. Other companies wanted me to buy a whole box of siding to repair one small area. Nick got the closest color to my existing siding. Because the damaged area was in a prominent spot on my home, he took siding from a less conspicuous area replacing the damaged area with that. Then he took the newer pieces and put them up behind bushes so that the color difference (since my siding is older & faded) was hidden. Great job!!!!
