Zac was great, done in the time they said it would be, price was right!

Hired them for an AC problem. Was told it has a leak and couldn’t be fixed. Was told I need a new unit at a cost of $7500. Was charged $165 for diagnostic. Hit a second company for a second look. The problem was a leak at a cap. Replaced the seal, recharged the unit, cost me $150 total. A lot better than $7500. Also second company said a new unit would only cost $3000 installed, not $7500.

Very helpful and professional

This company was recommended to me by another contractor I knew. My tank less water system had been giving me problems and stopped working. Since this was for my tenant, I needed someone fast. I contacted them and they came out that evening after they had worked all day. I asked them for a quote to replace the system. While discussing the work, I asked them about my water softener which was old and expensive to maintain. I was given a quote for the water heater and the water softener. Since I wanted both replaced they gave me a discount on the water softener. That was a shock, because I don't think another contractor would have done that. The quote for the water heater was very reasonable and the water softener with the discount was excellent. Zach (one of the owners) and an employee were out the next day and installed both. I was impressed with how neatly the job was done, and that they cleaned up everything. They went above and beyond and upgraded the hosing material for the water softener at no extra charge. Very professional, friendly and definitely fair on the pricing. I will be having them install A/C in my house soon. Highly recommend this company.

Had a project that required the hole for our sink to be enlarged and we had an existed RO system. I received a call from one of technicians that he was running late from a previous job which was much appreciated then a few moments later the office called and notified me of the later time also. It was vwry nice to see that they cared enough to both call. Upon arriving to donthe work, Tom, Dan and Josh were all extremely polite and took the time to ensure everything was just right. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the work and the customer service. I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

I would have preferred to have a better pre work estimate of the cost. I was somewhat stunned by the total bill. Also the receipt of work does not sufficiently identify how the final cost was reached ie: hours of time, cost of labor per hour, cost of materials etc. The work appears excellent and both workers were pleasant and answered all my questions. They also answered my inquiries about possible future work.

In addition to being very expensive, the calculation of the total bill was $30 over. Company did refund the difference quickly.
