Customer service was excellent in understanding my need and scheduling the service appt to happen within 24 hours. Our tech Keith carefully reviewed with me the work that he would have to do and pointed out some existing problems in the exhaust stack. He corrected those and did an excellent job overall. Although it wasn't itemized, I guesstimated the labor portion of the job and decided that it was a little on the high side, so I'm reducing my total rating by a 1/2 star. But I still recommend 1 800 Heaters if Keith is representative of the their techs and the quality work they do.

The customer service was excellent. Rebecca went over and above to make sure everything went well. Mike was the most professional, super nice and did a fantastic job. Hes just great. Will recommend this company to everyone!

When I got home from work on a Friday night, my hot water heater was dead. I checked Home Advisor and 1 800 Heaters caught my eye. The rep I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. We scheduled a 10am appointment and they were right on time. 90 minutes later we had a new unit! Excellent service, good price and 12 year warranty. You can't beat that!

The initial price quote will be reasonable but when they come to install they tell unnecessary extras as mandatory and increases the price a lot. As we prepared for installation we cannot say no at that time.

they were prompt and got the job done in a very timely manner. The technician was professional and efficient. Our only complaint was that we ended up having to pay extra for parts that we felt should've been included in the total cost that was quoted.

The initial quote and terms look very favorable but this company charges a high fee for extras that really should not be extras at all. For example, extending the old gas line to fit the new water heater. I asked the technician how often they do a job where these additional services are not needed. He says almost never, which is exactly the point!

the price went up when they came out and was not aware of price increase.

Phillip and Avery installed my unit. They were professional, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend 1 800 Heaters. Their price was very reasonable and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
