Hot water heater broke on Saturday and I received pricing the same day and had them come out on Monday. Price was reasonable and they handled the permit for installation. Very professional with a written proposal that was emailed to me. They showed up on time and called when they were on their way.

Broken water heater Tuesday morning; brand new hot water installed by Tuesday evening. Rebecca, the super woman who coordinated everything (and kept in touch during the day), and Daniel, the super hero who showed up with a new hot water heater and installed it neatly & quickly made our day much better! I would recommend them!!

We are very happy with our experience. Our water heater broke on Saturday, and 1-800-Heaters was out here on Monday. Everything went very smoothly and the guy who installed was very good.

Conner did a great job installing heater, pressure valve and expansion tank, very pleasant and answered my questions. Rebecca who set up the appointment. was helpful and reassuring because I never did a purchase like this online before. All the information she gave me was upfront.

They came same day. We requested that they rush the permits as we are in the process of trying to sell our home and they have been super accommodating. They did charge a bit extra once they got to the house even though we had discussed the issue with the old vent pipe on the phone but the workmanship was excellent and very quick. We were very satisfied.

The technician was very courteous, attentive and went on to do the recommenced replacement of my water heater in a very professional manner. He went over a check list and explained all the work that he did. He covered my floors when removing and replacing water heater and cleaned area where he had been working ( he performed his work in neat and orderly manner).

I need to replace my 10+ year tank and got a quote from them. The quote for the lower model tank was below what I was expected, so I went with the high model tank mostly because labor warranty is now 3 years instead of just 1. But the quote did not include expansion tank or the air vent tubing. I did ask about the expansion tank and was told it would be $230 more if it need to replaced. The installation team came to the house and examine the work to be done and told me the extra cost before he starts the job. After checking with his manager over the phone I was charged with another $150 for the expansion tank, and no charge for the vent tubing. I am glad it was cheaper than originally quoted, and these extra cost information was given to me before the job started. Wife and I would have gone with the cheaper tank if we have known we needed the new expansion tank as the cost would have gone above the budge, but since they lower the price and we really don't want to wait for the next slot, we went ahead with it. We still need to wait for the inspection for the job performed. Hopefully the state inspector won't find anything wrong with the job done.

Power vent gas water heater This implies the need for a vent I was given a price When they showed up, my vent required an extra 2 feet of 3 inch pvc This would cost less than 10$ at Home Depot for parts They charged me $255 for the extra pipe That is highway robbery
