Job = Rheem water heater replacement I can highly recommend this company: 1 800 Heaters. Answering the phone is Rebecca: very knowledgeable, professional, great communication. I decided on Thursday evening 9pm, contacted Rebecca and she prepared the paperwork within an hour. The next day at 1pm two techs, Michael and Pat(rick), arrived with the new heater. First they reviewed the current installation, I declined the costly extras and then they started the job. Both know their job, work fast, efficiently and carefully. Fully cleanup when job finished. The new Rheem heater arrived in the original, unopened box and comes with a 12 year warranty! Top notch in all aspects. Thank you!!

Quick turnaround time and good pricing of heaters

Spoke to a freiendly rep regarding replacing the water heater. She asked about my existing one and what she recommend. Gave me a quote and the time over the phone. Next day received email with the work order specifying the terms and the quoted price. On the appointment date, got a call from dispatcher that someone is on the way. Person came as promised on the date and time (actually little early) and I got my hot water heater replaced. Price was as quoted and no hidden surprises. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend to others.

The guy that did the installation definitely knew what he was doing. The old one was out and the new one in ...in about 1.5 hours. Works great.

1-800-Heaters responded very promptly to my request for a quote to replace my water heater. The process of getting the quote was thorough and very reasonable compared to other quotes. One issue was not being aware there could be additional work required, to bring the replacement to code. In my instance I was told it would add other 30% increase. While I totally understand it's not 1-800-Heather's issue I just wish I could have been prepared to spend 30% more for this.
