They don't supply you with a price list for any of the upgrades. The tech should come a list to show the customer so they are made aware. I am disappointed in the integrity of Home Depot and the affiliation with 1 800 Heaters.

They performed quickly and professionally. They cleaned the floor area after removing the old hot water heater and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

They were professional and pleasant to work with. I received a quote from another plumbing company(Plumb Tech Serv.) who wanted to charge me double and told me my plumbing wasn't up to code. The professional from 1800 Heaters confirmed my plumbing was indeed up to code and no need to change. They installed my new water heater, took care of my permit and even told me about a rebate that I was qualified for. I highly recommend 1-800 Heaters and will definitely use them again. The cost of the job was 1/2 of want Plumb Tech wanted to charge me. Don't ever use Plumb Tech Services they have no clue what they are doing!!

Entire experience was very positive from first contact with customer service thru the installation. Customer service rep was very helpful and informative. Installer was professional,courteous, and explained everything. Only negative was I got a call at 9 that they would be there by 11 and he didn't show up till close to noon. Then he said the job would take 2 hours; After 2 hours he said he was done and just had to wrap, which took another hour so it was really 3 hours. Took up much more of my day than expected. Otherwise very satisfied

work and workmen were professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after finishing. Be aware that if you don't speak to the same "scheduler" after the first phone call, the person who answers on call back may tell you that your person is unavailable. This happened to us. They work on commission so that part was unprofessional.

First water heater came damaged. They set up appointment for next day and delivered and installed. Keith and his assistant Joe were both courteous and professional and did a great job on the installation.

Quote based on me submitting a pic of the original hot water tank to them instead of having a technician coming to home for anl inspection. Cannot get correct price of job if they cannot see the actual situation. Technician very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
