Call to Rebecca very professional mechanic did everything he could cleaned up nice guy extra work involved did with minimal cost was quoted 1300 with permits turned into 1700 to get to code. Needed hot water works great so far

The order process over the phone was easy - in spite of the fact that I called back three times for price quotes on several alternative replacement hot water heaters. Installation went very smoothly. The technician - Mike - made a number of recommendations which would and did bring our hot water piping up to code. The technician was professional and left the work area clean.

The requirement of lifting the water heater tank 8" off the basement floor was not relayed to the installers. I stressed this requirement over the phone when arranging the replacement. Isaac was very accommodating and did an exceptional(clean) job with the installation. I 'm very happy with Isaac's attention to detail. A quality installation, which is a big improvement over the previously installed heater.

Ordering water heater and leaving a deposit was really quick with no issues. They told me we'll call you in 6 weeks to schedule appointment for install and they never called. I had to call several times for a couple days and spoke to three different people all giving me false info. It turns out water heater was delivered to their warehouse and it was buried in warehouse and no one knew it was there. I was really annoyed and was praying that my old water heater wouldn't crap out on me. Despite customer service slacking off, installation was great and professional. Guys were on time and cleaned up after install and helpful with functions on water heater.

I prepared the area prior to the date of installation, making sure that there no obstructions to hinder the installation. As it turned out, 1 800 Heaters called and requested if they could arrive earlier than the time scheduled. I agreed and the installation was completed in less than 1 hour. The installer was very knowledgeable, courteous, personable, a professional in every aspect of the term. I would definitely hire 1 800 Heaters first for any future projects.

I was very happy with their work.

The service professional did an excellent job and was knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was that the charge was $500+ more than the estimate. Another contractor said that would like to take a look at the job before giving an estimate. I should have gone with them.

I don’t feel it is appropriate for a customer service rep to tell you wish hot water heated is needed. A professional who knows about them should or have someone come out to insole their before ordering
