Had excellent experience. They offered me reasonable price for the short notice of service. They can on time . very friendly and explained me the installation process made use every thing was working.

My experience was satisfactory except, the old water pipe to the new water heater sprung a leak the next day. Response to the problem was quick and no extra charge. I was surprise and happy. Excellent job for the response team.

excellent in every area......just one small issue i was not happy with they came to do job which was excellent but said we needed a drip pan and charged me $105.....twice the amount it should have been

Replaced my water heater in less than 2 hours. Job was well executed and they were very professional. Came to my house within 1 hour on the same day. Took the old heater and left the place clean. I would definitely recommend them.

The plumber did a great job and he was by himself. There were extra charges and the bill came out to be more then I explected to pay and I asked if they would give me a discount and they did. I am very happy so far we are waiting for the paperwork for the inspector once we receive it I am sure it will pass with no issues.

The water heater was replaced the same day I called. The people who gave me quotes ( I have to call the 2nd time when I decided to have the work done) were nice but their quotes differ. I have to haggle a bit cause the first person gave me a discount for using home advisors so the 2nd quote was lower than the first. When the installer came he said some pipework need to be done for this water heater replacement to be up to code costing me another $700. I agreed to have the pipes changed because I was told it's the county's requirement. Unfortunately, I was short of money for this unforeseen work and I called the office again to know if they could lower the price a bit more. The installer was annoyed that I called his office and that he has to call them to give me a discount. I didn't like that he got annoyed. I'm a customer ,he should not argue with my decision to call . i didn't ask him to call FOR me ,their office ask him to call them. Other than that I think they did a pretty good job and fast. The office customer service was very good.

The company did their best to get the water heater, but it had to be ordered, because we needed a certain size. Therefore, it took two weeks before the water heater was installed. However, we called several times during this time period to see what was going on and we did not get information in a timely manner.

installation took 3+ hours
