Was able to replace my water heater very quickly, with a great replacement & great price.

I needed my water heater replaced quickly. I was lucky enough to speak to Rebecca(ask for her if you do call in), she knew everything that goes into an install. She asked the right questions to be able to give me an accurate all-inclusive quote. Their price was a few $$'s more than the next best competition but it was worth it. There were no surprise charges at the end of the work. Anthony and Rich came out to do the install. They were excellent. Anthony had not spent many years in this industry yet was very knowledgeable, confident of what he was doing and patient with my questions. If you can do request for him. They did a clean, good job. This is the second time i am using them and i feel my experience was better this time around. They did say to call them if i ran into any issues. Since this is day one of the install, i have nothing to say about their post customer service but if i do have to follow up with them, i will surely post an update here.

They were great. Quick, responsive to my concerns and on point. The tech that came to my home was a true Pro and did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would and for exactly the price they quoted.

Very prompt. Called back on Easter Sunday evening to set up service for the coming Monday morning. Came right on time as scheduled. Did good job, and cleaned up after work done. Not the cheapest, but very reliable.

Gave the best quote for water heater repair. Had prompt availability. The repair man was courteous and professional. Would strongly recommend!

There was a tiny bump in them bringing a unit- too tall to fit, but they returned in 48 hours with all the parts and 3 guys (76 gallon water heater - very heavy). Went in fairly quickly and the disposed of the old water heater. Nice guys.

My water heater was not working properly and I was looking around for estimates. Rebecca stood on top of me while I made my decision and helped me decide what's best for my situation. Had appointment for install on Friday 2/24/17. They called me and informed me that they had some cancellations and if I wanted to have them come earlier which we agreed on would be great. Kevin did a great install,cleaned up any mess,and was respectful of my home. 1800 Heaters did not give me the cheapest price but they gave me the best price for the best equipment and for the best customer service. Approximately 45 mins after install I was back in business with hot water and enjoying a great shower which I haven't had in over 2 weeks. Thanks Again

I must say from start to finish I had an amazing experience with 1-800-heaters. Rubecca was amazing with the quote and she even matched the quote which I got from other competitors. Then Mike (Afghan veteran) was amazing with install. And he make the whole experience total no hassle. I definitely recommend him. Good job home advisors.

Great communication, fair price, fast work. Love my new heater.
