We wanted to install a small powder room under our stairs. Jermaine understood our vision and quoted a very reasonble price. We had a tight deadline which he was able to meet and we are very happy with the end result.

Jermaine is very soft spoken and he seems like a really nice guy. I felt comfortable with him because he showed value and seemed knowledgeable during our consultation. So I'm not judging his character but I will say working with him/his company was by far the worst experience I've had working with a contractor. I wouldnt recommend his services and would advise anyone considering him to do anything other than roofing to choose a different company. Jermaine should stick to roofing maintenance and not interior work. I hired him to do interior cosmetic work for my new home and the estimated completion date was scheduled for January 31st, however, he failed to complete the job at that time. There was a 28 day delay. On today, I asked him to leave my home and not return. If only I could share images of the blinds that were installed in my home that were damaged and then thrown outside in my backyard by him/his team, he made several attempts to finish my floors but could not perform, there are nails exposed sticking outward from the hardwood floors he installed, and he had a dog in my home while he was on the job and never asked for my permission. I didn't think that I should pay full price because of the quality of work and inconvenience due to the long delay however he feels he deserves full payment and he's choosing not to compensate us for anything. I will pay what is owed to him but I will make it known that I am not a happy customer. Never again!

I caught the workers drinking on the job... they left the work unfinished... promised to come back and didn't.. ran out of material mid project and I had to supply and was not reimbursed.. workers have filthy language.. wouldn't recommend these guys work in your home especially if you have children, they curse like sailors

Showed up on time and completed the task (drywall repair) promptly for the price he quoted.

Honestly i felt they were very expensive and over priced materials for the drywalls are cheap at home depot, along with the installations. They wanted a check and the job was not even completed the paint was not even dry yet. If you asked a question it was if germaine had an attitude along with not explaining things to the clienr, this was by far the worst service i have EVER had, i would recommend you find someone else to do the job!!

Germain showed up on time, was very knoledgable, and really tried hard to understand the project.

Not only did they complete the service, but they gave a proposal for continuous maintenance at affordable pricing.
