The owner, Jermaine, brought new ideas to the table like installing a secured metal roof hatch, which I really appreciated. No other roofer cared to even mention that option. He also re-decked my deteriorated garage and my 1927 planked house roof. It was a big job and he did an exceptional job. I waited a full year before submitting this review. I have a PTZ camera in my attic and I regularly inspect the roof, so I know all is well. Jermaine is a very trustworthy roofing contractor with a bright mind. I highly recommend talking to him before finalizing on a roofing contractor.

Had the right equipment, showed up within reasonable time, seemed a little pricey for cleaning out 1 gutter, but less than a local guy---- and it needed to be done and I couldn't do it.

We recently hired New Jersey Roofing Maintenance and worked with Germaine. We initially hired him to clear out the gutters of a 4 family rental property. Our first positive experience with him was his quick response to our inquiry. He happened to be in the neighborhood when we requested for an estimate and he actually stopped by to check it out. We were impressed with his professionalism because he mentioned using his drone to see what the issue was with the clogged gutters. Once he was able to clear it, I explained to him about the water damage it caused with one of the tenants apartments and he was kind enough to inspect the water damage inside the apartment. I originally thought he only did roofing work; however, he told me he can do other repair work, as well, inside the home. Upon inspection, he made time to start the job (the same day) of removing the sheet rock from the damaged wall and treated the wood to remove the mildew odor. He returned a couple of days later to complete the work. Not only did he complete the work but the carpet in that room was also soaked and created a mildew smell, he also removed the carpet. I was very pleased with his professionalism, his work and the price quoted to me to have not only the original work done but the add on's that he wasn't planning to do. He was very fair in his price.

the man came to my roof leak quickly. he was very good and did extra sealing of the chimney flashing and vents. he even checked my gutters for blockage per my request. he was very friendly and professional.

Very patient and nice guy

I went on home advisor to find a power washer from my house. Within five minutes New JerseyRoofing maintenance called me I made an appointment. He was on time , professional and did a beautiful job I would highly recommend this company.

Good job and ontime. Bit expensive though.

Had him out to clean my house and fence. He was nice in the beginning but got really rude when I had to ask him to clean areas of my home that he had missed. He didn't even clean the awnings. I was uneasy paying him. He damaged the paint on my siding. I would think someone in this field would know how to handle painted siding . He left many things unclean. To the point that I could rub my fingers on it and the dirt came off. I felt like he tried to pull one over on me. He did do a good job on most of the fence but I am also finding areas that aren't clean. I wouldn't recommend. Please save yourself the headache and hire another pro. At the end of it I just wanted him to leave.

He has proposed good estimation and showed up at the right time when he promised. He is very knowledgeable for the roof and how to clean it up. Finally, he has explained what he did and what happened next in detail. I would prefer this guy about all works of roof.
