Description of Work: Called & spoke to them a few times about my heater system issue. Also emailed. He told me to send someone to stop by, and will call back regardless. Nothing happened. We just wait and waster a few days in the extremely cold weather.

Description of Work: A knowledgeable person answered my call on a Saturday morning and gave me a quite right on the phone and explained the background of other quotes I got from other companies. Great hearing a person instead of an answering machine.

Description of Work: I called Waterheatersnj.com because I had a tenant complaining about a popping noise from her water heater and was demanding that I have a licensed plumber come to the apt and replace it. I dialed the waterheatersnj.com number, after 5 pm, the owner answered and he seemed to have all the time in the world for me. When I described the problem, he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that he wouldn't waste my time or money on a service call. (The problem was lime build up on the heating coil from our very hard water here in NJ. He said this is a common problem, that there was no effective cure for it, and that, while it might make the water heater a little less efficient over time, it would not affect the useful life of the water heater.) Great advice. When I asked if he would be interested in becoming my plumber for this apartment, he told me the apt is really outside his service area. So, not only did he completely answer my question, after 5 p.m., but he did so knowing I would not become a paying customer because of my location. Very professional. Very appreciated.
