I scheduled an appt to get an estimate on replacement windows and a patio door. Paul arrived on time. We discussed what I was looking for and he showed me the Okna 800 series window which I liked very much. He was straight forward. Not pushy at all. No long drawn out sales pitch. (I had another company come give me an estimate and the guy was here for 3 hrs) When the windows came in, Paul was very accommodating. I scheduled an appt. for a Saturday. His crew arrived on time, they were very professional and polite. They cleaned up when they were done and explained how the windows worked. Two men took about 5 hours. It was great. My only complaint is that on one window they nicked the wood frame in several places and never fixed it. I would definitely use AGM windows again.

Sometimes you don't find out how good a contractor is until you have a problem and see how the problem is handled. We had purchased a 5,000 dollar front entry door installed by Paul. I had requested that the new door be keyed the same as the other doors in the house. I was advised it would not be a problem. When the door was installed we found out it wasn?t.. I contacted Paul and by the next day he made arrangements to get the problem resolved. In addition we had a problem with an Okna window not closing properly. Paul from AGM stopped by the next day to fix it. this in in my option terrific customer service combined with two great products HMI & Okna. We certainly would use AGM for future projects.

From estimate to work done, everything was smooth and wonderful. Paul came in did the estimate, show up on time, sale was not pushing, price was very reasonable, three weeks after i signed the contract, his staff came in did the install, they managed to finish my 46 widows in 2.5 days. New Onka 500 window looks beautiful from inside and out, Manny, Georage and other 4 guys did a great job, nice, clean and very professional. I will difenitely recommend them to my friend if anyone looking to replace their windows.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. I live in a condo complex and the association had a strict job approval process. The requirements by the association were beyond excessive. Paul was extremely patient, professional and very thorough during the entire approval process. From there the installation and windows were exceptional. They are very high quality windows and the price was excellent! I couldn't be happier and I really appreciated Paul's efforts .

Fantastic. The Okna windows look great, Paul was extremely responsive and answered all questions that we threw at him. When providing info, he gave us data to back it up.

Paul and his installers are great! The whole process went without a hitch and was done in two days which is not bad seeing they replaced 26 windows. They were even able to replace two custom sized windows that other contracts said they could not find the proper size. Great experience and will definitely use them again when we are replacing the doors.

It went very good. Paul called me and he finished the work on time when he said he was going to do it. They were reasonable in comparison to another estimate. I think he was pretty much on target. I would recommend them. There was a slight problem with one of the screens of a window that he put in. So a representative of the people who manufactured the window is coming out today and that will be the end of the job. Paul finished his job about a month ago. The problem with the window wasn't Paul's fault. It was the window screen and handle itself. He had no control over it.

We were happy with them. They did a good job at a reasonable price. I had no issues. Pricing was good as far as I know. I had no issues with the quality.

Paul is an attentive salesman. He explained the product well. He demonstrated the product for us. He helped us make decisions that weren't to his financial benefit. He gave a good presentation and his price was very fair. His team of installers worked quickly. It was a big job and it took them a little longer than expected to finish, but that's understandable. Scheduling the completion of the job was a bit problematic due to weather and other jobs but they got it done. We have an old house so they had to remove the weights from the weight pockets and fill it with fiber glass insulation. After the job was done, I watched a video on This Old House, and Tom Silva recommended a different method for insulating weight pockets. It's worth pointing out for future customers. You may want to request that Paul's team employ Tom Silva's method, which I'm sure will slow down the installation process and cost more money. All in all, I'm happy with the product and the installation. Our house is a little bit quieter, a whole lot less drafty, and the Okna 800 windows with the nickel plated hardware look modern and sharp, exactly as I had hoped. All winter long our neighbors kept saying to us "I bet you're happy you did your windows." And we are.

Paul, the owner of the company was prompt, honest and very pleasant to speak with. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up when they were done. I am happy with the replacement windows.

They did a very good job and I'm very pleased with them. Paul convinced me to do a full tear of the wood siding that was spoiling and I took his recommendations. He and his team completed the job in time and did a good job.

I generally liked the service and the communication from them. They came out to the house two times even before the contract was signed. Their price was reasonable too.

They were awesome. I definitely recommend them for a lot of people because they were great. It was based upon all the reviews that we read online, they got nothing but positive reviews and also they were the most affordable. We actually had an Anderson rep come and blew us out of the water with their price and then when we went with this guy, he was like a third of what Anderson wanted. When they said they were going to show up, they showed up on the dot and they were very reliable. They cleaned up outside and inside, you will never would have known that they were even here. They removed everything.

Originally, we contacted AGM to obtain an estimate for full siding replacement and window replacement. We worked directly with Paul who provided us with options and helped us in the decision process. He was responsive to all our questions. In the end, we decided that painting the house was the best option for us and decided to contract AGM to do the window install. After researching the various window options, we decided to go with the Okna 800 series. It was an added benefit that AGM is one of the few preferred Okna contractors in the area. We scheduled a day for installation and I requested that it be done in a day which it was. A team showed up and worked diligently to install all 17 windows and wrap the frames all by 5PM. We love the windows and the installation was top notch. We would highly recommend AGM. Thanks Paul for a job well done.

Paul was wonderful to work with the entire time. He was punctual and patient for all the appointments including the initial estimate, subsequent measurement and final installation. He is very responsive and knowledgable. His price is very competitive considering the quality of the windows and the installation. I had a great experience with AGM. I believe Paul and his team really do an awesome job. Highly recommend!

Replaced all the windows and even busted through the wall where the previous owners boarded it up. They installed the new window in the opening and created a frame and mantle that matches the other windows perfectly! Windows we had were original to the house (1942) so we immediately noticed a difference in temperature and sound within the house. Windows have been a great addition. When we priced the windows we had 3 in-home estimates (including AGM) and they were the cheapest (even cheaper than Home Depot) for what we wanted done.

We started looking for window contractors in mid April 2013 to replace our first floor's original windows, all wood and plate glass from 1949 - when the house was built. I asked for recommendations on City-Data and later signed up for Angie's List to check further. AGM got several recommendations from City-Data; several people stepped up to say that AGM did their work too and they were very happy. Paul was the first contractor we had in. We'd talked to Window World some time back and were prepared for a marketing shpiel. Paul's shpiel was honest and direct, and he answered all our questions about the product. He was careful to take accurate measurements to provide a good quote. AGM's quote, $7600, was the lowest we had gotten from any contractor - and that was for the higher end Okna window that he installs. Later on he was able to get us a different brand of windows with triple-pane glass and a more efficient rating for about $500 less. Paul was very helpful, professional, and patient as we saw other contractors, even giving explanations as to why they would do X as opposed to AGM'S Y. We signed with AGM in late April/early May. The windows took about three weeks to manufacture and fabricate. AGM's workers (their own people, not subcontractors) were on time and completed the work in one day. They were responsive, clean, and careful to make sure they got everything out of the way and covered in drop-cloths. The windows were delivered the previous evening fresh from the factory and we were given a time range of anywhere from 4 to 8 hours to complete the work. It did take around 8 hours, but the quality of the installation was quite high. Only two incidents occurred: a begonia in our garden was accidentally stepped on a little, and one screen was punctured. When we pointed it out, the installers were quick to apologize and fabricate a new screen on the spot. All in all, we are extremely happy with AGM as a company and the windows we had installed. We will definitely consider them for other projects and are more than confident in recommending them.

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!! Paul and his team did an outstanding job on not only our siding but roof and windows as well. His pricing was beyond fair. His team was professional and neat. Along with that, their attention to detail was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed!

We had to do little touch up work and AGM promptly repaired a small damaged to the wall (happened when carrying out old windows). They actually came after the job was completed and received the payment and they did the small repair. Very professional, very precise team. Will definitely use them again for Roof and Siding which are the other services they provide. We also researched the Polaris window and we were impressed with the reviewed and they look great. Could not be happier.

We couldn't be happier with the end result. Thanks to Paul, Manny and the team! Our entire experience with AGM was impeccable. You read some terrible stories about window installers BUT you should not hesitate when using AGM. They were FIRST CLASS from beginning to end!

Paul, the owner of AGM, came over a year ago to give us an estimate. We had some life stuff come up that delayed us making a decision until the beginning of August... when Paul came over again to make sure we were still up for our original request. A few days later, Manny, who works with Paul came over and took measurements. Manny is so personable and professional. Measured everything in a few minutes. 2.5 weeks later, George (who also works with Paul) came with another gentleman to do the install. They installed 8 windows in 1 day - they didn't even take a break for lunch. They cleaned up and removed the old windows... you'd never have known they were here if you didn't see the new, beautiful windows! The team was diligent, professional and incredibly nice. About a week later, Manny came back over to fix a small bubble of insulation that was sticking out along 2 of the seams. Quick and easy fix. My husband and I appreciated the entire team's professionalism!
