+ -1 moreThey came right in and fixed it. It went off last night. They came right in and did their job so that was helpful; very helpful. Now I'm freezing. They come to our building and they service it. We called them up this morning and they came in an hour. Overall, they were good. On price, I think they were too expensive because we had it done twice. They didn't do it right the first time. Because they were so quick I'd give them around a 7. They didn't give us a bill yet. They're not that cheap, that's the problem. I would tell my family & friends to use them because if you have to have something done you want it done fast. You don't want a hot apartment.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning went off and we had somebody come in and fix it.

Description of Work: I was not getting any heat from the heat pump. He assessed the problem and found I needed Freon. He also checked for a leak. I felt he charged me for an extra hour of work but I had noted the exact time that he arrived so could not be sure.
