+ -1 moreThe weather understandably forced one reschedule. They let me know in advance and when I told them the reschedule time wasn't ideal, they juggled the order of jobs to make ours the first one of the day. We couldn't be there while they worked. Wanting us to know the project was being done right, Jaime sent us 5 or more photos as things progressed. This unexpected level of details was a great touch. The day after the repair was made we got two inches of rain in an hour, I walked into the house to find the sill perfectly dry! The yard was cleaned up just as we left it. All the refuse was removed, not left in a bag on the curb.
Description of Work: Repaired a roof that was allowing water to enter the house through a wall and eventually a window casing. (truth be told, I had spent two weekends and $300 trying to fix it myself without success.) It took these professionals to know a section of shingles needed to be removed to allow flashing to be squeezed behind the siding up the roof edge.
