Great. Punctual & very professional.

Shopped around and bought a washer and dryer from Ihling's this week. We knew which models we wanted, and Heather, the office manager, provided quick and accurate quotes by email. Delivery and install was done yesterday by Rich. He hauled the old and new applicances up to my second floor, and was even able to get off the old hoses that were stuck - we thought we were going to need a plumber, so he saved us some cash. Neat and clean install, demonstrated the working items before he left. Will absolutely use his shop again the next time we need a new appliance or a repair. Price was fair, and they offered free delivery and install.

I had previously called two repair companies, one was a no-show and the other spent more time talking on his cell phone with the freezer door open, yet not doing anything. He was promptly and politely asked to leave!! The service I received from Ihlling was prompt, on point, professional well done. I will highly recommend their service to anyone! Thank you.

I called Ihling's yesterday after seeing their excellent reviews on Angie's list. My kitchen stove wasn't working and they gave me an appointment for today. Rich Ihling came out and replaced the ignitor in the oven - works fine now. I would definitely use this company again. Very prompt and very professional. Very happy with the service.

I've used them for years. I have bought most of my appliances from them and when I didn't, I regretted it. The service on all the appliances is very good.

It went very well. Richard arrived on time and the installation went smoothly. The price for the range (which included installation and takeaway of the old range) was very reasonable.

Called on Wed, 5/08. Made appt for Fri, 5/10 bt 11 and 1 pm. Arrived at 11:30 am. Work was complete within 30 minutes. Problem was explained in detail. Necessary part was in truck. Part installed. Service explained. Check was written. Detailed bill left behind.Easy from start to finish. Local, reputable company. I will definitely use them again if need be.

Overall experience was great. They showed up on time, figured out what was wrong, told me how much it would be to fix and then I gave them the go ahead, except on the fridge. After they left I felt that I go my moneys worth and felt they were very honest.

Had to replace our washer. Purchased a Maytag from Ihlings and they delivered an even better model, as they did not have the model we purchased in stock. We didn't pay a penny more. Great customer service. Installation went smoothly.

We have an on-going relationship and I have been using them for 35 years and am ready to purchase 3 appliances from him. They are very honest and ethical. I had a nice-sized antique diamond ring and it was missing one day I had baked bread. I went months without this ring but then I had my cooktop replaced. I drew a picture of this ring for Ihling and I asked them when they took the stove out would they look and see if they find it. I came home and that diamond ring was there; so how do you rate anything like that?

When I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable. The repairman came at exactly the time specified. The minute I turned the dryer on he knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a thorough explanation and estimate. The loud thumping sound was caused by a loose drum. 20 minutes later he was done with the job and, in his words, the dryer was "purring like a kitten." This is an old time repair shop where they know exactly what they are doing and take pride in their work. Good to know such places still exist. Price was reasonable.

The technicians from Ihlings Appliances Company did excellent work on the repair. I would highly recommend them.

Two service men arrived on time and were very polite. They took apart and cleaned the oven in search of the cause of a faint gas smell and soot problem for our propane oven. It took them ~45 minutes overall to clean and optimize a nozzle that converts the gas oven for propane. They were very polite and clear in explaining the issues, and the price was a little less than I was expecting. I would use them again!

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME WAS VERY FAIR.
