Roger was very nice, professional and educational. He was responsive to my needs. Listened to what my concerns were and very willing to share his knowledge. He communicated well and his price was very fair. The only and I mean only negative, if there is one is that I asked for the wood to be cut to fit my stove and it was left twice the size so now it's become another chore for me to deal with. I would use & recommend him in a heartbeat.
