They did a very professional job everything was beautifully done. I ve had two hot water heaters replaced and will be having my 2nd heater and air replaced They are prompt and there whenever I need them. I would recommend them to everyone

Ken Gibson, arrived promptly and had us up and running in no time. Ken was professional and took pride in his work. He walked us through everything he did and his rate was very reasonable. Our central air unit is very old and we were very worried that the unit would need to be replaced. Ken was not pushy and explained that we may not need to replace it this year . Our unit still has some life in it yet. However, we would like a more energy efficient one, so we asked Ken our options and potential cost for when we do decide to replace it. Ken was knowledgeable and gave us several options. We will be calling Ken back when we are ready. In the meantime, I am happy to say that we now have a heater/air conditioner professional that we can trust and depend on. We just scheduled Gibson Heating and Cooling to come back to maintenance our heater to avoid any potential problems for during the winter.

I obtained quotes from 4 vendors. All were competitive in the pricing but the trust level I had with Ken led me to choose Gibson Heating and Cooling for the job. I am moving my business into a new 8000 sq foot space that needed a complete overhaul. Ken replaced 3 out of 4 HVAC units along with all the duct work. Everything went smoothly. The systems are working great! The new units easily control the temperature in the space. I feel confident that we are as energy efficient as possible with all the new duct work and controls. I could not be happier.

Ken Gibson met with me & my husband & thoroughly explained a range of options to replace our old air-conditioning system. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells and provided us with several different choices. Our main consideration was to have the system installed before the summer season started and Ken showed up and began work well before summer began. He came to our house every day until the installation was finished. The work was performed in a timely fashion and we hardly knew they were in the house working. Everything was kept clean and neat. We were completely satisfied with our new system and have had no problems with it. This will be our third summer with the "new" air-conditioner. I would highly recommend Gibson Heating & Cooling to everyone. I especially liked Ken. He is a well experienced professional and a likeable guy.

Everything went as planned, it was a pleasure working with Ken and the project was completed on time and within agreed upon price. I would use Ken again for any heating or cooling projects that I need for my house.

The process could not have been easier. Ken came to our house for a consult. We had already spoken with several other companies and were as confused as ever. Ken was able to clearly explain what options would be best suited for our house and our needs. He was able to breakdown the pricing and warranty options. He was able to make some specific recommendations on features and sizing suited to our home. We decided to use Gibson Heating and Cooling. They were able to remove our old system and install the new one in 2 days. The work was does clean and professional. You can tell when somebody takes pride in their work. The system has been working great through the summer and winter. Our energy bills have been significantly lower especially in the summer months. In the winter the humidifier option has been awesome!! I have 2 members of my family with sensitive skin and this past winter was the most tolerable for them with the whole house humidifier. The smart thermostat was set-up and explained. This has been great as well. I can change the settings from anywhere via the app on my phone. I actually use this much more than I thought I would. I could not be more pleased with the service and install by Gibson Heating and Cooling and the operation of our new Coleman HVAC system. I would recommend both to anybody. I have recommended Gibson to several friends already.

I called the vendor three separate times to schedule an appt. to come out and service my heater/cooling systems. The man who answered the phone said he would come out after numerous contacts on 11/12 between 9-12 PM. I had taken the day off from work and he never called or showed up. When I called the warranty company, the said that Gibson was "too" busy to come out. At the very least, they should have called me to tell me that they were not coming. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
