We called at 8:45 PM on a Sunday night and our air-conditioning was fixed by 10 PM! Our service man, Pablo, was excellent! He was courteous knowledgeable and fixed our problem quickly. Pipe works is not the least expensive service around, but they are outstanding and get the job done!

Updated review 6/6/2020 Mike from Pipe Works reached out on 6/2 and wanted to work things out with me. I appreciate the improvement in customer service, so I am updating my review to 3 stars.

Pipe works charged me 50 dollars more than what was originally quoted for sewer line inspection. Also, it has now been a week and a half after the inspection and so far I have not received the report or video of the inspection from them. When ordering the inspection one week before the date, they said it would cost $275 and I would have the report and video within 24-48 hours. Then one day before the inspection they left a message saying the cost has gone up to $325. We heard the message the morning of the inspection and it was already too late to change plans. We called them and asked why the price has increased - they offered no explanation whatsoever. The inspector who showed up at the house was good, knew what he was doing and gave us good verbal feedback after his inspection. However, after a week and a half of no report and no video, I have now asked them for a partial refund.

Pipe works responded promptly, came to survey and gave a written quote the same day. Price was competitive and they performed the work the next day. I highly recommend.

Zach from PipeWorks came today to install a new kitchen faucet and do an annual clean/diagnostic of the basement boiler. In both cases, he discovered and patiently explained upgrades and replacements, which he performed expertly. He also answered all of my questions with care â including the dumb ones â and explained the charges clearly. Zach didnâ t try to upsell me anything unnecessary â he did what he needed to do and didnâ t do what he didnâ t need to do. Finally, heâ s a very nice and polite guy, which made the event comfortable and trustworthy. Iâ m thrilled with my upgraded faucet, which works perfectly, and glad to have the boiler in tip-top shape for the season. I happily recommend Zach and PipeWorks to be your in-home experts for fixes and recommendations.

Curt came out first to do an assessment, and did an amazing job. Thorough, professional, and exact. Then, 4 days later Chris, Phil, Jose, and Jorge came to do the demo of our old boiler and water heater, and install of the new ones. We could not possibly be happier with the results! They did an incredible job, the new pipework from both systems are beautiful, and most importantly, the heat in the house is perfect and evenly distributed. If you want perfection, hire Pipe Works. They are the best.

I got a service recently to check the furnace. The technician looked at it, went on the stairs and turned on the emergency service. That is all. It took 5secs. But charged me $400. Never trust them.

Pipe Works is a team of real pros, from beginning to end. First, you have Tricia (sales) and John (system design specialist) helping me figure out the right system up front. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!

This company is nothing but a bunch of grifters. Our garage drain was backing up so we contacted them to check it out. We were told It would cost $59 for them to look at it, which was fine. We were told it would be $500 to snake the drain, which I agreed to. The contractor got the snake out of the van but did not use it because he said the drain was not connected to any pipe (which I find suspect, and will get a second opinion). He then told me I owed him $415.84 for getting the snake machine out of the van. He did nothing to alleviate the problem, and I was out $415.84, rather than the quoted $59. Do not use this company, go elsewhere if you do not want to get ripped off.

Kelon from pipeworks did an outstanding job of remediating my attic moisture problem. The whole attic was air sealed and new cellulose insulation blown in after removal of all the old product. He was hard working, neat and explained and reviewed all work with me during the process and upon completion. I would highly recommend.

Had a hose bibb replaced because it was constantly leaking, the contractor also took a look where the water was coming in from for my filter and ended up doing a split so the filtered water wasn't used for the lawn. Additional savings! Highly recommend!

They were quick and installed good equipment. The only complaint is that they did not seal the hole for the new plumbing to the attic and mice were able to get in. I had to pay for an exterminator.

PipeWorks' Anthony came out to my New Providence home on 3/18/17 and was extremely professional -- quickly diagnosing the issue with the newly installed water heater as being an issue with the water pressure coming into the house being extremely high and the water pressure valve being faulty. He explained to us what the issue was and how the existing pressure (140) was way too high when it really needed to be (60). Anthony was patient because I sorta freaked out at the price. They are a little high but you get what you pay for. After my freak out session we authorized him to do the work. For that price I said that I was going to be his apprentice- first to oversee the work and second to learn. He smiled and said of course. He was patient because I asked all sorts of questions. Ranging from "why are you doing that" to talking shop about motorcycles. He was great and I would welcome him back any time. Extras: * Anthony put paper covers on his shoes before entering the house -- a respectful touch * The service was reasonably high-tech. Anthony used a iPad, allowed me to pay with a credit card.
