Paul provide a good explanation of the Water Commander sump pump backup and also referred me to a conatct at the supplier. Mary was very efficient in having the job scheduled. Kevin showed up as scheduled and did an excellent, tidy installation. He also identified a serious problem that was also corrected.

The tech that came to my house was 100% honest and I spent $1000 less than I was expecting to have to pay because of it. Thought I was going to have to replace my water heater. He looked at it, said it should not be replaced and proceeded to fix it for the time being while a new part was ordered under warranty. He will be returning to complete the job once the part arrives. This was done even though he had my new water heater on his truck outside. Could have easily just went ahead and replaced the heater and never offered a different less costly solution. I recommended Pipe Works to my in-laws the very next day and they too were pleasd

Pipe works is a true quality outfit. They cleared out a sewer main pipe with jets of water - whereas another local company recommended that the front sidewalk be ripped up and the main be replaced. They saved me nearly $4000. Honest as the day is long. I now use them for all the plumbing work in my home (its an old house) and have been very please with all the personnel and work that has been done. I'm a very happy customer.
