Jack and his crew came out and replaced undersized pipes from my Main water line through my Water Softener system. Once he was done, everything looked brand new. Going forward, any plumbing work will be going to Jack and his team.

First, l would give Jack and his assistant, Trey, 6 stars. Jack called me same day I submitted a home advisor request. Came to my house the same day of the first call to assess my A/C needs. Quoted system replacement cost and the whole job was completed the next day! Price was very reasonable and the workmanship great! Very polite, professional, and dedicated. I was pleased with this company. The installers were friendly but still professional. Everything was cleaned up at the finish of the job. Everything was explained to me before the work began and all my questions were answered. I would recommend this company.

Jack came out the first day which was Saturday and my AC was installed on Monday. Would recommend them to all.

Hired them to put in on demand hot water heater, and he replaced the a/c system at the same time! He looked at everything to make sure it was okay and I am so impressed about that. I can't explain how great I think this company is! I would recommend them to anyone. Very thorough, very polite, on time, and they all worked hard. I am very happy! They are experts.

1st experience I had a few months back when we had a severe cold spell my water pipes froze and I had Martinelli Plumbing and Heating come out to see what the problem was. They came out same day and claimed there were many problems to include pump replacement/pipe insulation and other part replacements needed, total $2000! Problem did not get fixed and they would need to come back after getting parts... Another plumber came out to give 2nd opinion...new guy said it was just a switch that went off on well and problem was solved for $100. I called out Martinelli on this issue and they claimed it was a new worker, who would clearly be examined carefully regarding this fault and the woman I spoke to was very sincere, so I decided to let it go as a honest mistake. 2nd bad experience: Called yesterday and asked for an inspection of air/heat and insulation repair. Told they could come out between 9-10. 10am I called and left message, 10:20 called and left message that I was very unhappy and I would now, after 2nd bad experience leave a bad review. Jack from Martinelli called me back cursed at me, claiming he said 9-12 and he must have been, or I was delusional to say/think 9-10! He then went on to call me a scum bag loser for expecting them to rush over to my home for something so small. I could go on...truly unbelievable behavior. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and Jack needs to get some therapy for anger management.

I was very pleased with the result of our negotiations. Martinelli went above and beyond my expectation of service. They replaced 72 year old pipes for a very reasonable cost. Thousands of dollars less than another quote I received. I would recommend them for plumbing services!

Save time and money and look for a different plumber. Jack came out for two issues and a week later the two issues still are not fixed. I have a toilet that will not flush or stop running and a leaking sink. We were charged quite a lot for nothing to be fixed. When I notified Jack over the weekend that the toilet still has issues his response was completely unprofessional. He also made remarks about his personal life that should have never been mentioned. I do not even feel comfortable having him come back to fix anything else. We have taken the loss and moved on. But to anyone else looking for a plumber, I would suggest anyone else.

I thought they were overpriced but good quality work, it was completed quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards.

Professional staff, extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and efficient. Good customer service. They handled multiple issues and did excellent work. Make them your first call.

I had a toilet replaced. He responded to my email within hours, gave me a free estimate the same day and had a new toilet installed the next day. The only issue was a leak. He sent one of his plumbers out the same day. Turned out of the nuts holding the reservoir tank wasn't fully tightened. The problem was resolved in 2 hrs from call to completion.

They were wonderful, courteous, and informative. They kept everything very clean and they explained everything very well. All around a wonderful experience.
