Waters Edge Plumbing was here exactly on time, Wayne was the total professional, kept me informed every step on what he was doing, explaining different parts, why the old parts failed and the difference between how the old and new parts worked. Very knowledgeable about his profession and his prices were much better than the other estimates I received. Very thorough, cleaned up everything completely and professional. Arrived when scheduled. Was knowledgeable and replaced the toilet float and turn-off valve for a reasonable price.

I had to have a Dante valve replaced on my gas fireplace and Wayne did an excellent job. He seems very knowledgeable and his price was much better than other estimates. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Installed a toilet inlet valve. Replaced a Moen cartridge in a shower. FAILED to seat a toilet properly. (Didn't charge us.) Claimed it was a very odd/old flange design and wanted us to spend $1100 to dig the waste pipe out of the basement slab. Later we had an older plumber in and he seated the toilet with no trouble. Nice, friendly guy and the work he charged us for was done well and for a good price.

Wayne was very nice, polite and professional. Didi very nice work and clean up. Wished I could have given him 5 stars but had a leak after he left. Called him and he came back not too long after. Fixed the problem and all is perfect now... Would use him in the future for more plumbing needs...

They were professional in every aspect. The price quoted was reasonable and there was never any talk of additional charges after the project started. The project was not easy as it involved spending a lot of time in a crawl space in an older shore house. We never heard any complaining or foul language from anyone of the crew during the entire time they were hear. The completed job was outstanding as was their clean-up. We would highly recommend Waters Edge to anyone.

Excellent work and service. Will recommend to anyone I know. Clogged dryer vent which I had a company come out who after two times and 3 weeks of being told I couldn't use >year old dryer they couldn't blow out my dryer vent, couldn't even tell me the problem. I contacted Waters Edge and Wayne came the very next morning. Worked and cleaned my clogged dryer vent. Professional, excellent price, knew what to do and very nice person. Excellent job!!! Fast response and problem resolved. Very happy with his work!!

Wayne and his helper installed a new hot water heater and some piping to our existing boiler. His workmanship was excellent and I would recommend him for any or all of your plumbing needs. His price was fair and he was honest.
