Dealt with Wayne, nice guy and professional. He replaced my tub spout and cartridge and made certain that the persistent dripping was a thing of the past. Very pleased with the service and would use again in the future.

Wayne was the fourth guy I called to replace my AC, the one who i decided to hire after a five minute conversation over the phone. He is a true professional who provides high-quality service at a very reasonable price. His clear and straightforward cost estimate makes the whole process very efficient.

Work was completed on time and was neat.

He contacted me immediately to make an appointment and arrived within a few hours. He gave me an estimate and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions; even taking apart another piece of equipment to make sure that was not the source of my leak, charging nothing for this visit. After getting several other quotes, I contacted him hours later to book the install and he was able to complete it by 2pm the next day. His warranty on work and materials was the same as his competitors who wanted to charge me double for this B/W water heater.

I called Wayne at 10am,,,,he arrived at 11am. They installed the central air unit the next day at 9am, What more could you ask for ! The price was more than $3,000 less than Sear's.

He did a very nice job, kept the area clean and was on time and responsive. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

Service was prompt, efficient, and professional. Only minor complaint was the final invoice amount was slightly higher than I expected it to be. The reason is because they need to supply some extra parts that they did tell me may be extra if they were needed.: I was OK with the final price, just surprised me. That is all. They did a good job and charged what they advertized in advance.
