I hate to pick on a company but it took 10 days & 4 different visits by 4 different people to replace a faucet hose in my kitchen sink. Also a lot of mis communication on arrival times & part description

Repairman was very professional and cordial.

They called as soon as I submitted for this job on here. I had someone there the next day at 730am and the problem was fixed in an hour or two. Brian was prompt, professional, and polite. I don't know if the cost is reasonable as I've never had a plumbing issue before but I would def use them again and recommend

Prompt and professional Did a great job

Kevin was wonderful. He installed my new gas range and dishwasher. Seems expensive , but needed to be done. Dishwasher $350, gas range $370. I had a leaky faucet in my tub and asked price to repair- $350!! If I wanted second one fixed it would have been $750 with tax ! ! That amount of money was for faucet repair, not replace! I had Kevin out two days before for my hot water heater and at that time the service call was $51. I thought I found a company that did good work and charged a fair price, I was wrong. I will not use this company again. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the pricing, the representative could really care less. Seemed like he was reading from a script.

Quick clean professional

Two very nice young men came and were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of my problem. I was so pleased I called Ben Franklin again today to come and install my stove and dishwasher!

The office staff of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was pleasant on the phone, and handled my calls in a professional manner. Their plumber showed up, as scheduled. He placed a carpet pad on my floor to protect it from damage. He was also pleasant, and informative. He finished the required work in a reasonable timeframe, and was careful in cleaning up after himself. I will keep their business card handy. Excellent service!
