DSV a small family run business of 3 and the owners are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. We were constantly ignored on simple requests and were required to follow up 2-3 times before getting a response which was often not directly related to the original request. The Board members constantly received a very unprofessional attitude from both of the owners when asking for improvement in areas related to our contracted services. Financial reporting and records were a disaster when we received them, we received monthly financials 1 time in our 6 months of service and they were a mess. We made multiple requests for updated financials to no avail.
Once we finally agreed to part ways, DSV became spiteful and destructive by sending an unauthorized mass e-mail to our residents causing unnecessary confusion and taking their anger to our vendors in a defamation attempt towards our community and board.
My advice is to stay far away from this company and save yourself a lot of aggravation.
"We are a very professional company and were on property several times a week as per our contract. Your community was never ignored. Your problem was that your so called simple request was that you wanted new sod on your property. The then board (your were not on the board at that time) signed a contract with your landscaper not to sod your property and to repair and super-seed your entire community. Also, financials were emailed on a monthly basis and you had access to the portal to see financials at all times. As far as services were performed on time all services were preformed and on time and as contracted. In fact, one of the contractors is still owed payment for open invoices. I'm sorry you feel the way you do but remember we do not make any association decisions the board members make the final decisions not only on expenditures but on any association business which includes landscaping contracts."
