I was told that there would be NO charge for coming out to diagnose the problem. When Mike came out, he told me that I needed an electrician to fix my problem and charged me $85.00. When I reminded him that he had told me that there was no charge to come to my home for diagnosis, he denied it and reiterated that he needed to charge me for an hours work-$85. This is ridiculous!
