Quick response. Very courteous. One problem resurfaced after he came onsite but he returned quickly to deal with it.

Mike arrived on time, introduced himself and got right to work. After determining the correct size water heater I needed, he went and picked up everything he needed to complete the job. He removed my old heater and cleaned up all the water that had leaked out from my old heater. (Something I was not looking forward to doing myself) Not only did I receive great service, but the price was great too. I would certainly recommend Gotme Under Pressure to anyone. Thanks Mike!

Mike called me not more than 1/2 an hour after I initially posted my emergency. He was very friendly and helpful. He seemed more interested in getting the job done than in the hassle it would be to come to my house on a Sunday and deal with my old house's issues. The job was done perfectly and very quickly. I explained what I needed done just once and Mike did exactly what I wanted. He called me on his way and he even showed up a few minutes early.
