Mike was on top of the situation. We had specific concerns about our hot water heater installation (specific models, warranties, etc.). Mike immediately did the research and got back to us with detailed options. His price was reasonable, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and did a fine job with the installation. We're very happy with the choice of contractor.

Mike was professional, patient, and fully answered all of our questions. In fact, he didn't do the project we hired him to do, instead he helped us address our problem with a quicker and LESS costly solution. We have already hired him to fix a sink and look forward to having him help with our bathroom remodel.

Mike called almost immediately upon my request to Service Magic. As a professional sales person I appreciated his initiative; 1) to reach out to me right away to further qualify the job opportunity and 2) to impress upon me his desire to be selected for the job. Some might find his approach aggressive, but I found that it showed initiative. In spite of very bad weather and a considerable distance that he had to travel, Mike arrived on schedule at 8AM. I found him to be completely professional, personable and very reasonably priced. I reccomend Mike and Gotme Under Pressure and will call him first the next time we require a pro plumber!

He was very responsive, did good work and was timely. He was also thorough with local permit and inspection coordination. He billed based upon time spent and was dilligent in his work. Replaced Hot Water Heater and mixing valve. Highly recommended.

Great service and transparent billing process. When the job required changes to what we were originally quoted, we were consulted, informed of the reason behind the change (specific town codes, regulations, etc.) and given the opportunity to reconsider prior to committing to the job. I would never hire Mike Rosander again.He did respond quickly to my request to install a shower kit. He showed up on time but only rerouted water and sewer pipes. He left the job uncompleted, saying that we had to install the subfloor, and told us that we could cement the last piece of pipe ourselves.He was paid. We proceeded to complete the job ourselves, when we found the piece he installed was too short,we called him on Saturday and said he wasn't done and was coming back after we installed the subfloor and needed to call for inspection,so everything we did has to be torn out for inspection. We now need a new plumber.LA/BurlingtonMA

Mike responded promptly to request, completed job on time, his price was lower than any one else for same bolier. He obtained permit and call ed city inspector who has already come. Job was done according to city specifications. My only complain was his excessive persistance to get the job. His frequent calls were annoying.

Mike was very thorough. I will be asking him back for another project I have in mind for next year.
