Mike was professional and easy to work with. He did all the things you want in a contractor.. showed up on time, early morning availability, confirmed appointments, answered his phone and promptly returned voicemails. Moreover, his rates are really fair - I got quotes from 4 places on a particular hot water tank, and his was the best. His overall estimate was accurate as well. Finally, Mike is an all around good fellow and I was happy to do business with him. I would highly recommend using Mike and Gotme Under Pressure

We had a leak in our kitchen sink and we called Mike on a saturday early morning.I was infact told by service magic that he was unavailable that weekend. I somehow had his number handy from previous repairs, called him directly and requested him to come in. He came in right away and fixed the issue in about an hour. We would hire no plumber other than GotMe!

Micheal Rosander of GotMe Under Pressure is the absolute best.....friendly, knowledgeable, and does what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it. His prices are very fair (in fact, very low compared to any other plumbers!) . My very highest recommendation. He's good enough that I have him on my speeddial in case I should need any other services in the future. If you call this guy, you'll be glad you did.

Pro's - Great communications returned all calls and e-mails, arrived at 9:00 a.m. right on time. Did a excellent job installing three faucets and troubleshooting the bathroom sink faucet. Explained everything to me thoroughly and was very pleasant to deal with. Con's - Arrived at 9:00 a.m. after small talk started the job at 9:15. Had the kitchen faucet installed at 9:40. Began installing bathroom sink and bath tub faucets, completed entire job at 11:15 a.m. a duration of two hours. Charged me for 3.85 hrs, $255.00. Very good plumber, knows his trade. However, if you hire, review bill prior to him leaving I didn't and it cost me.

He asked good questions about my specific needs; he provided an email link to help maintain contact; he called a 2nd time to determine a timeline for my work and, he arrived at my home to complete the work well within the appointment time we set. I would hire him again if the need arose.

He showed up on time when he said he would. Did the job in a timely manner. Was very pleasant and friendly. The job was completed and no mess or parts left behind.
