Mike called me very quickly after my request was submitted, and came out the same day. He needed to order parts to complete the job, and did so quickly -- parts were in and entire job completed within 2 days. Price was reasonable and Mike did a great job. Will definitely call him again.

Mike responded quickly to my service request to replace a shower valve and was able to come out the next day. Mike showed up promptly for the job. He is courteous, neat, an extremely knowledgeable plumber and a nice guy to boot! My wife and I have him lined up to do our bathroom remodel and to install a whole house filter. Highly recommended! Mike did a great job on two small plumbing projects for me. He was very courteous, very professional, and certainly knows his trade. I plan to use him again as plumbing jobs occur and would strongly recommend him. Plus, he's a great guy!

I would highly recomment Mike for any plumbing job. He was very prompt on appointment arrival. He did high quality work. The costs for repairs were low. Mike did all the leg work for delivery and remove of the indirect water heater without extra charges. Distance to my home was high, but Mike does not include travel time in his rates.

Mike was early and did more than just the original request. He also made some additonal recommendations.

Seemed knowledgable about problem, and replaced plumbing to correct. So far no leaks, but may in the future need recaulking around the tub, We could still have a problem with the bottom track of sliding doors, which will have to be removed and recaulked. Very personable worker and prompt, even though he lives in N,H, but apparently travels to Woburn very often.

Got here few minutes before appointed time 8AM. Friendly, neat appearance. I showed him the leaking bathroom sink pop-drain(metal) that I replaced myself several days before. Having a sore knee I did not want to be squatting down to determine the problem. Mike looked at it and said a little pipe dope would fix it. (here my lack of plumbing knowledge didn't know that the thing came apart at a second joint). Mike could of replaced the whole pop-up drain and made a few more bucks but he didn't. More than 5 stars for that. Gotme Under Pressure will be getting my repeat business.

He was polite, prompt and saved me money on the project. He is the BEST. The one past customer that gave him negative didnt understand he had made a simple pricing mistake. I would HIGHLY recommend this good honest workman.
