my project is a leaking second floor 4 piece shower stall. I had tried to recaulk the joints but I couldn't stop the leaking. So I called in the experts (or so I thought I did(. After two hours of cutting holes into my downstairs kitchen ceiling Mike was done and the leaks were still there. He told me to tear out the shower stall from the top to find the leak. "Gotme "is exactly what happened to me! I got a bill for 2 hours of labor, no estimate was given, the job was not done and he left. I spent two hours cleaning up the mess that was left and I still can't use the shower. It was not the result that I expected at all! I will not recommend

Insatlled waste and water lines for new sink in laundry area. Challenging project but it was done OK. Willing to come at early hours to accomodate our schedule. Polite and cleaned up well.

We posted our request at 7:30pm on a Friday and Mike called immediately to schedule service for Saturday morning at 9am. He arrived promptly, was pleasant, and clean. He assessed the situation and recommended that we proceed with the least invasive lowest cost option first to see if it worked. He had necessary parts with him and had the job completed within 1 hour. We have some plumbing upgrades we would like performed (replacing sink, updating pipes, etc) and we will definitely be contacting Mike again! Thanks again Mike!!

This plumber said he could do the work and complete it in a day & a half. The first day he after several hours - but had not started the most important work - in fact some of the work was not even on the to do list. He insisted on payment at the end of the day. The next day he did some work that was requested but again not the important work plus much of the work done had to be fixed because it was incorrect. He insisted on payment even though there was more work to be done. Then said he would not be able to return for a few days, called to say he couldn't return til the next week and then suggested we find another plumber and never returned.

Mike called immediately after I submitted my request, and was at the house within two days. It can be difficult to get help for the little jobs such as mine,(two outside hose valves, a laundry shut off and a noisy toilet... but he did not hesitate to help. He was on time, and the job was done within his estimated time. He left the work areas neat and clean, and gave a tour and explaination of what he did. I would definately recommend him.
