The only way I can appraise the installation of this water heater is that it not fail over time . . . however, the town's inspector said the installation was adequate, and it appears that the installer did a few extra things not anticipated, such as add some patching to the chimney where the flue meets the chimney, and add a couple of inches of pipe to raise the connection off the floor in the basement. However, the installer tried to charge me for 4 hours labor . . . I looked at my phone while standing next to him reviewing the parts and labor charges and said "Four hours? How do you figure that? You arrived at 8:00 and it is only 11:15".

Mike called me back right away and he came first thing Monday morning. He got the job done fast.

This plumber considered the simplest solutions first and suggested more extensive solutions for later, if I wanted it He came when he said he'd come. He was courteous. He explained well what he'd do and why. He charged me only for the time he worked, and his hourly charge is more affordable than some others. I would call on him again.

I submitted my problem on Monday morning; got called right away my Gotme Under Pressure and someone was at my house within the hour. I needed a new faucet installed and Mike did a great job at great price. We will call him again the next time we need a plumber.
