Rowell's Services, LLC

Our gas-fired boiler was acting up the day before Labor Day. Rowell&Services sent a technician the following Tuesday. He worked for several hours, but could not get it going properly. He explained what he was doing. We decided to have Rowell&Services install a new boiler instead of trying to repair the old one. Rowell Services technicians installed the new boiler the following Monday. One week for a non-trivial job! The technicians texted 30 minutes before arriving. Spot on. They were extremely courteous. They worked neatly, efficiently, and with good humor. We are more than satisfied. Rowell& Services become our go toservice company.

They have excellent communication, they text you when they are on your way, and met committed date. They text you when they are complete. This helps when you are not able to be on site.

I liked that Rowell s was quick to respond to my call and provided a knowledgeable plumber. Still in the process of getting the work scheduled, but so far, happy with this company.

David was very personable and answered all my questions. He was careful of my lawn and plants and rinsed the filter over the tank.

At first, I had a few small issues with scheduling but after talking with the girls in the office, the problem was immediately resolved and I am very appreciative for their quick correction. Once their electrician arrived, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and, efficient. He, as well as the rest of the staff at Rowells have been wonderful to work with! I have nothing but good things to say about the quality work that has been done at my house!

Less than 24 hours after contacting HomeAdvisor, Brent and Duane were here. They were friendly and knowledgeable and were in and out of here in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them. We initially chose Rowells Service because of the fantastic reviews and breadth of services. I must say they exceeded our expectations from start to finish! This is truly a customer-focused organization like none I have ever worked with and we have remolded 10 homes in the past 20 yrs. I thought it was a little expensive but the job was done well and the service was excellent! I will definitely call Rowell"s Services again for any and all heating & plumbing problems we have!

Very professional.

I worked with two different people and they did not communicate very well. The person who came out to the house to look things over did not, it turns out, have a good feeling for the time line. The logistics turned out to be a whole lot more complex than he explained and the project took much longer when approvals and city inspections (none of which he mentioned) were thrown in. The person who actually did the work, showed up an hour late for the appointment and didn't seem to think that there was any problem with that. On the other hand, the job was done really well, the price was as quoted and the technician was willing to work on his own while I was elsewhere...
