Jeff was very responsive and was able to come out the same day - despite have many calls on the Monday following Thanksgiving. If I have another clogging issue I will certainly call Jeff.

Jeff was awesome!! He fit us in the same day since our kitchen sink was clogged on both sides and we had tried everything!! He was so personable and professional and even cleaned up after. He quoted us $140 & that was what it totaled and was well worth it.We would definitely rehire him for future projects. He even put up with our nosey dog.

Jeff happened to be in neighboring Bedford when I called him. He came right over to my house when he finished the job there. He snaked out the clog and my drain was clear within two hours of requesting pros on Home Advisor. If this happens again Jeff will be getting my business. Service couldn't have been any prompter. And the price was very reasonable.

Jeff was willing to come out last night on an emergency basis, but we were able to wait until the morning. He was up front about pricing on the phone and the price as as advertised. We ran into another issue after calling him that he also looked at and solved. He was in and out seamlessly in about 45 minutes with the problem solved and had answers to all my questions. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Professional all the way

Monday morning began with the dreaded task of finding a local plumber to unclog toilet drain. No sooner had I requested a plumber, Jeff responded right away and was here within half hour. After trying to unclog the toilet, it became apparent that there was a bigger problem. He took the lids off the septic tank and the tank was about to overflow, the filter was clogged. And I had the tank pumped just three months ago. So that's a mystery. But I am so happy Jeff took care of it for a very reasonable cost. He's my new go to plumber, and I would highly recommend him.
