Responded promptly to my call. Came to the house just ahead of a snowstorm.The kitchen sink was backing up and causing other drains to run slow. I was unable to clear it with a snake.Jeff used a power snake that reached into the main drain and cleared the obstruction, fixing my problem.

I had a plumbing issue on a holiday weekend. I am not a customer of Jeff's Drains. He responded to my initial call for help and he was here within an hour. He quickly recognized the problem and went to work to correct the problem. He was really good. He had my problem corrected in no time and he also gave a couple of suggestions of things I could do to prevent a future problem. (Flushable wipes???) I would call him again in a heartbeat if I had a problem.

Found Jeff through HomeAdvisor and called him in the morning. Despite the fact I never asked for emergency service, Jeff found the same evening spot for me, came on time and professionally fixed the problem. No issue with him whatsoever. Very good job.
